& Pricing Packages
At livestock shows, I provide full photography coverage including ring shots and backdrop photos for all exhibitors. Packages start at $300 and vary based on the size and length of the show. I own all image rights because they may be used in my portfolio and for marketing purposes.
Overall package details
Package Includes:
• Behind-the-scenes, prep area, stalls, walking, bonding moments
• Includes 10+ edited digital images
• $40 per exhibitor
Exhibitors must pre-book or purchase candid coverage on show day to be photographed outside of the ring or backdrop.
• OR exhibitors can purchase photos from the gallery after they are posted
• Prices range from $5-$12 per photo depending on size of the show
Most shows decide to have it be the exhibitors responsibility to purchase their photos.
Starting $300+ (final pricing depends on show size, number of exhibitors, and show length)
Candid photos - Exhibitor or show RESPONSIBILITY
Candid Coverage (optional for exhibitors):
• Planning consultation (by phone or email)
• Up to 6 hours of coverage starting
• Digital images in high resolution (as many photos available to the show as I can give you!)
- Depending on what package you choose, you an make exhibitors responsible for purchasing photos or you can choose to pay for exhibitor photos.
• After the session, you’ll get access to a proof sheet where you’ll choose your photos. (PS there is no cap on how many you want 😊 )
- Travel (if outside 40 miles) – $0.67/mile

Optional Add-Ons for Show Host
• Event highlight reel (video + photo) – $100
• Custom backdrop banner design – $75+ (potential for higher pricing if it is needed to be printed)
• Priority 12-hour turnaround (backdrops only, 5 ring shots)– $100
• Travel (if outside 40 miles) – $0.67/mile
Starting $50+
All photos taken by Rocking Z Photography remain the property of the photographer. Select images may be used for my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing promotions.
Show may have rights to photos as well which is agreed upon in a contract.
By booking with Rocking Z Photography, show hosts and exhibitors agree to this usage.
